Aepiphanni is an operations management and strategy consulting firm based in the Atlanta Metro, Ga area. We provide services to business leaders throughout the United States to help them grow extraordinary businesses around a unique product or service.  We recognize that businesses that don’t stand out from the crowd…get consumed by the crowd.  We also believe that we serve the community of small business owners, from one and two person shops to companies that generate $8 M per year in a number of creative and technical industries.

We began in 2005 as a generalist small business consulting firm, providing services to small business leaders, servicing both national and international clients throughout the US, Canada, Brazil and Australia.  While our client base stretched into many industries, it was determined that IT, professionals and certain consumer sectors were best suited for our style of work.

In the years that followed, we began expanding our partner relationships to offer a suite of just in time solutions. Additionally, we narrowed our scope to focus on business planning, business development, strategic planning and strategic partnerships.

As we listened to our clients, we learned that our clients needed a more hands-on approach, could not always identify where their pains were, and once it was realized, they needed additional assistance with implementation of changes that were recommended.

As a result, in 2011, we began to offer a full back-office solution to our clients, ensuring that they were able to have all of the information and resources they need in one place, with the guidance or support to help them grow their ordinary companies into extraordinary ones.  Each of our clients works through a virtual infrastructure to provide us with information, which we use to spot trends, capabilities, patterns and opportunities.

Today, we offer management consulting services in addition to a full outsourced operations team.  We can serve clients on site or remotely.  Our clients position us as their General Manager, Operations Manager, COO or whatever is appropriate; we gladly take on the responsibility to make sure the clients we serve have the resources they need to move from ordinary to extraordinary.
